No space? Only got an inner city balcony? It doesn't have to be huge and lofty. Here's a little patio orange planted by Paul and Laura on the balcony of an apartment in Milan. Every little counts!

Paul and Laura met on the Francigena pilgrim trail in October 2017. Kindred souls, they lived in Milan, Paul working on pharmaceutical research contracts while Laura completed her training as a doctor.

Milan is located in the north-western section of the Po Valley, approximately halfway between the river Po to the south and the foothills of the Alps with the great lakes (Lake Como, Lake Maggiore, Lake Lugano) to the north.
